Central repository of training records

The Safeguard training module ensures that all members of your organisation receive the training they need appropriate to their role and that training is regularly reviewed and compliance maintained. It allows users to record and manage the training that employees have undertaken: logging the person trained, the type of training undertaken, the organisation or person who performed the training, the attendance date, length of training, expiry date and any related documents such as course attendance registers and certificates of completion. Reports can be generated by topic, individual or location.

Course management

Training needs can be defined within Safeguard by use of a Training Matrix to identify what training courses are mandatory, recommended or optional for each employee. Safeguard can then be used to manage a programme of courses allowing users to be allocated onto those courses in order of priority, reducing non-attendance through e-mail reminders and ensuring that the maximum number of eligible people attend.

E-mail reminders

Automatic, system-generated email alerts mean you'll receive plenty of warning when staff training is due for renewal, allowing you to schedule training in groups where appropriate. It also helps to avoid the cost of retraining employees with out of date qualifications, rather than refresh qualifications as they become due for renewal.
